JM Consulting has merged with American Business Solutions, Inc! 

American Business Solutions Inc., known as ABSI, was founded in 1998. ABSI is an information technology firm, with premiere products and support services. Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers, business partners and employees. Our vision is to build partnerships with people and companies worldwide. Our expertise is in IT recruitment, consulting services, and products such as CTS.

ABSI is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the State of Ohio. ABSI is Ranked 1,489 on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies in America for 2008. ABSI was also recently recognized as 12th in Business First “The Fast Fifty”, Columbus, OH.

John Mikesell developed his own One-Call software after spending over a decade in programming. In 1992, John became his own boss and established JM Consulting. Through the years, his company has grown through word of mouth and exceptional customer service. JM Consulting grew to a point where John needed additional support and space. Then in 2008, JM Consulting merged with American Business Solutions Inc., a multi-million dollar IT company based in Columbus, to give CTS the support that it needed for continued growth and success. John Mikesell plans on continuing to be the guiding force of CTS for quite some time.

Even though we've been in the one call industry for 18 years, we're just getting started. We strive to make the best products possible for our customers, by using the latest software. We have astonishing new features and upgrades that will be coming in the next few months. These upgrades are at no additional costs to our current customers.

Currently our services and products are used in 23 states and we want to continue partnering with local municipalities as well as larger multi-location clients. The industries we currently serve are:
Service Providers (Communication, Cable).
Municipalities (local, state).
Utilities (gas, electric, water, oil, phone).

Our current customers, including regional and national companies, are willing to provide recommendations to interested and future CTS users.
